Part of the onboarding process is to get you set up with clean books from either the first day of your business or the first day of the current year, whatever you prefer.

This is a new client incentive and is discounted.

I understand this is part of the process and I am here to help.

Once your books have been set up, I maintain them monthly.

After the month ends I will pull your reports and categorize your transactions.

You will receive one email of questions where needed and once those questions are answered you will receive reports with highlights about what the numbers are telling you.

You will have the books no later than the 15th of the month, if not sooner.

I request online access to banks, credit cards, PayPal, and your invoicing system (if separate).

Almost all of these allow a read-only accountant log in and I will help you figure out how to set one up so your data is secure.

This allows me to work efficiently and avoid bothering you for data requests or more information that can be found within these banks/platforms.

The base package starts at $300 per month and will vary based on the level of service and the complexities of your business.

When we work together to implement good systems that allow us to provide high quality, accurate data, most clients fall into the minimum.

If your books need to be caught up there will be a one-time service fee.

You will be billed monthly on an auto-pay subscription.

Professionalism: I am a licensed CPA with experience in financial statement audits and internal audit. I don’t prepare income taxes but can guide you along the way to make smart tax moves and ensure you are in the hands of a trustworthy tax preparer.

Productivity: I am fast and efficient. I am great with systems and can show you your income by revenue streams. You will receive timely reports with useful data, not just a sloppy mess that doesn’t make sense to you.

You don’t need to have it already. If you do, I will usually work with it to avoid too many changes.

Sometimes it’s easier to start with a clean slate, so don’t fret if you don’t have it yet. I will guide you as to the best fit for your needs and help you get set up.

My preferred software’s are Xero and QuickBooks Online depending on your unique business.

You can either pay for it directly or I can cover it and have it added on to your monthly cost.
